4EVER Quality Components a través de su distribuidor en España, Portugal y Andorra, Two Wheel Solutions S.L, garantiza por la presente al comprador original, que el producto vendido esta libre de defectos de material y/o fabricación. La responsabilidad de Two Wheel Solutions S.L esta limitada al recambio de la pieza defectuosa por parte del servicio técnico 4EVER Quality Components, siempre y cuando la causa sea debida a defectos de fabricación y siempre de acuerdo con las siguientes limitaciones:

• -La duración del periodo de garantía será de 1 añopara todas las piezas fabricadas en aluminio.
• -El periodo de garantía comienza el mismo día en que el vendedor autorizado entrega el producto al comprador. Para poder hacer uso de la garantía es imprescindible presentar el ticket de compra del producto.
• -El envío de cualquier material al servicio de garantías de 4EVER Quality Components debe realizarse a través de su tienda de compra habitual. No realice el envío directamente a Two Wheel solutions S.L, si necesita información acerca del distribuidor mas cercano, contacte con Two Wheel Solutions S.L, y le será facilitada dicha información.
• -En caso de que existan dudas sobre la presencia de un fallo o defecto, o siempre que sea necesario un examen visual o material, Two Wheel Solutions S.L se reserva el derecho a solicitar la pieza defectuosa para verificar dicho fallo.
• -Esta garantía no cubre el desgaste normal, ni las manipulaciones o modificaciones que se hagan sobre el producto.

Nota informativa: esta garantía no afecta a los derechos legales del consumidor en virtud de la legislación vigente.

4 EVER Quality Components through its distributor in Spain, Portugal and Andorra; Two Wheel Solutions Ltd., guarantees with this document, that the product sold is free from material and /or factory defects. The responsibility of Two Wheel Solutions S.L is limited to changing the component defects related to material or fabrication through the technical service of 4 EVER Quality Components and abiding by the following limitations:

• -The duration of the guarantee will be 1 year for all parts fabricated with aluminium.
• -The guarantee period will commence the same day that the seller authorises the delivery of the product to the buyer.
• -In order to use the guarantee, it will be necessary to present the purchase receipt of the product.
• -The delivery of any material to the guarantee service of 4 EVER Quality Components must be carried out through your habitual shop of purchase, do not send directly to Two Wheel Solutions SL., if more information is required regarding your nearest distributor, you may contact Two Wheel Solutions S.L., who will provide the necessary information.
• -In the event of doubts regarding the presence of a fault or defect, or whenever a visual or material examination is required, Two Wheel Solutions S.L maintains the right to request back the defective part in order to verify the possible fault.
• -This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, manipulations or modifications that are made to the product.

Note: this guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer by virtue of current legislation.
